![]() ![]() Currently, I’m working conquering the territories of Karchagu and East-Nagach - both of which are fictional. In terms of the continent map, I’ve only particularly looked at it in the context of conquering territory but otherwise hadn’t explored it prior to this post. For example, you could put them in the context of our own history, consider how the affect gameplay vs how they may have affected actual society, etc. I think that if there were any semblance of education to be currently identified within FoE as it is right now, it would be the reflection on these various ages and the technologies within them. There are currently 17 playable technology ages to advance through, many of which increase technologically more or less along the lines of general technological progress as we’ve experienced it historically, and require increasing resources and time to unlock. Space Age Mars (not yet integrated into the game).Virtual Future (the last technology of which costs 300 forge points to research).Oceanic Future (personally excited to not be around if this ever happens, pretty into living on land). The Future (beginning w/ clean energy - promising).Contemporary Era (beginning w/ the internet - interesting). This also means I’ve been using my forge points towards my great building, which means that should hopefully begin to level up and give me a bigger supplies bonus.īecause I can, and it feels worth doing (it probably isn’t but if it wasn’t apparent from the length of all my posts I am extra and enjoy being thorough), I decided to include a list of every single technology age: Currently, I’m stuck in place in the Iron Age because I don’t have enough resources (specific products and supplies) to upgrade to new technologies and enter the Early Middle Ages, but it’s alright. A girl would love to get into the arctic future and virtual age, but I think that would take months and I’m definitely not that invested. Now that I’ve thought more about the lacking story or historical basis and dependence on the freemium model of selling in-game currency for cold hard cash and become generally turned off to FoE, the technology ages are really like the only thing that particularly intrigues or excites me anymore. Y’all, it is the moment I’ve been waiting for (and already been excitedly discussing in most of my Forge of Empires journal posts): technology ages. ![]() ![]() ![]() Since the late 2000s, high-definition photos taken by the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO) of the Apollo landing sites have captured the Lunar Module descent stages and the tracks left by the astronauts. Much third-party evidence for the landings exists, and detailed rebuttals to the hoax claims have been made. Various groups and individuals have made claims since the mid-1970s that NASA and others knowingly misled the public into believing the landings happened, by manufacturing, tampering with, or destroying evidence including photos, telemetry tapes, radio and TV transmissions, and Moon rock samples. The most notable claim is that the six crewed landings (1969–1972) were faked and that twelve Apollo astronauts did not actually walk on the Moon. Moon landing conspiracy theories claim that some or all elements of the Apollo program and the associated Moon landings were hoaxes staged by NASA, possibly with the aid of other organizations. Conspiracy theorists say that the films of the missions were made using sets similar to this training mockup. ![]() Not to be confused with Great Moon Hoax.Īstronauts Buzz Aldrin and Neil Armstrong in NASA's training mockup of the Moon and the Apollo Lunar Module. ![]() ![]() ![]() Other families have a wider variety of attacks. The Cannibal family is entirely melee-based, featuring “supernatural swiftness” and they will “close the gap by leaping over obstacles and would-be competitors,” which should make for some extremely fast-paced and close-quarters battles. The rogue in Diablo 4 will be able to take on the ranged attack focus of the original, but different build options will be possible that push it more towards the Assasin class of Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction or the Demon Hunter of Diablo 3. Rogue makes an even more distant return from the dead, missing since the very first Diablo game. The druid will also have the ability to summon two wolves to assist in combat. He is a shape-shifter that can transform into a bear and wolf form depending on whether speed or power is the answer to the current battle. We also have the triumphant return of the druid, a fan favorite from the Diablo 2 expansion that was missing from Diablo 3. When cornered by enemies, she can transform herself into a ball of lightning, making herself temporarily invincible and dealing area of effect damage in her immediate vicinity. ![]() Sorceress naturally gravitates to more ranged attacks with a variety of magic to hurl at enemies, including ice bolts, fireballs and lighting. ![]() ![]()

Focus on maintaining critical areas and slowly build up your forces to force your opponent into futile aggression. A loss or win could count a lot or very little towards your resulting rank after the match. That means if it puts you in an uneven match, it calculates the resulting scores based on this imbalance. How many times do you see people complain about uneven matches? How many complaints about matchmaking as a whole are on here? Who many about droppers, leavers, afk and even teamkillers? The system doesn't care how or why you lost, it just does the math anyways. It seems a bit unfair otherwise being matched with players with higher W/L ratios.
